Fee Structure

Fees for Landlords

FULL MANAGEMENT 
INCLUDED: in our 8% commission inc VAT 
Collection of rent payment of rent (once received) 
Payment of rent (less our commission) to your nominated Bank account 
Provide Monthly statements by Email or post (of your choosing)
6 Monthly Routine Inspection & notify Landlord of the outcome 
Arrange Routine repairs & notify Landlords before repairs 
Provide End of Year Statements for Tax purposes (when required)
Register Deposit with Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) 


Fees for Tenants

UPON MOVING IN
INCLUDED: in our £400 Administrative fee (Refundable)
Set up fee: Contract Admin fee (£150), Referencing (£100) for Each Tenant, (£150) Immigration and visa confirmation, financial credit checks, Guarantor fee, (if required) obtain references from current employers/landlords and any other relevant information regarding affordability. 
SECURED DEPOSIT 
We require 1 Month Deposit 
1 Months’ Rent 
This will be protected by the deposit protection scheme (TDS) 
Notifying Utility Companies of your Moving in date 


OTHER FEES AND CHARGES 
Tenancy Renewal fee 6 Months tenancy £30 
12 Months Tenancy £50 



LATE RENT PAYMENT CHARGES 
First Letter – NO CHARGE – Sent on or after, but not prior to the 7th day from the due date 
Second Letter – £25+VAT – Sent on or after, but not prior to the 14th day from the due date 
Visit to the Property – £50+VAT – On or after, but not prior to the 21st day from the due date 


PLEASE NOTE 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RENT PAYMENTS IN OUR OFFICES 
(Rent payments made to the office will incur a charge of £20) 


Upon signing the Tenancy Agreement, you will be provided with the following before you move in 
How to rent booklet 
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) 
Gas Certificate

Deposit Certificate will be secured within 30 days of signing contract
